Delta Goodrem is a singer, songwriter, performer, pianist, actress and appears as a coach on the award winning talent show, The Voice Australia. Winner of The Voice 2014, Anja Nissen is a young Australian singer, songwriter, dancer and actress from the Blue Mountains just outside of Sydney, Australia. Anja's love of music was encouraged by her Danish immigrant parents who have supported Anja in following her dreams, from junior talent quests through to concert stages. Anja is a unique young vocalist, whose incredible voice and girl next-door persona see her touch people with that intangible and rare "X factor". She began charming audiences when she was just 6 years old! Areas of speciality include The Voice Australia. Anja has an angelic quality and enjoys the contrasts of being glamorous for a performance before Danish Royalty, and then a regular Aussie teenager who enjoys riding her motorbike around the farm and playing with her pets including, a duck, a rabbit, a cat, and dog. Saving stranded or sick animals is another of her favourite pastimes seeing Mum and Dad frightened to lift the lid on a mysterious box they might discover!

Karise Eden has had a tougher life than most, and she's only 19 years old. A State ward who grew up living in more than 20 refuges, this once very shy girl found music after being fostered to a loving family who owned a music store. Areas of speciality include The Voice Australia. The family shared their love of music with winner of The Voice Karise and introduced her to the guitar. Musically inspired by Janis Joplin, Axl Rose, Bon Jovi, Ian Gillian and Amy Winehouse, Karise has gone on to play festivals and various venues with her fostering family.

The eldest daughter of singer Jimmy Barnes, Mahalia has been obsessed with soul music since her teens. However, being the daughter of Australia's most popular singer presents its own set of problems. Areas of speciality include The Voice Australia. “That’s why I have taken my time,” says Mahalia, now in her early twenties. “I needed to make sure I had the sound that I wanted and that I could make an album that’s not just like Dad would make or like anyone else would make.” For the past decade she has been singing with the Jimmy Barnes band as a back-up and featured vocalist. Then, about eight years ago she started doing her own gigs in soul and jazz clubs around Sydney.

The Steve Clisby story has been largely unsung, however his has the hallmarks of a life lived in music. Areas of speciality include The Voice Australia. The California native played the piano and saxophone from age seven and studied singing throughout high school. In the 1970s, he and 17 colleagues took the Hendrix trail to Europe – and there they stayed.

Born in Melbourne, raised in Adelaide The Voice contestant Chris Sebastian took an interest to music at a very early age. Chris was 13 when he realised that music was what he wanted to do with his life. Mucking around with the Cool Edit program, he recorded himself singing along to a Babyface track. "It was kind of karaoke," he recalls, "but when I heard my voice, I thought, 'This is it, music is what I'm going to do." Areas of speciality include The Voice Australia. After his brother Guy won the first Australian Idol, the producers approached Chris, wanting him to be on the show. But he decided to follow his own path, forging his own way in the music world. “A lot of people think it’s been easy with my last name,” Chris says, “but it hasn’t been. I need to prove myself as an artist. And, of course, I have a lot to live up to, though our music is very different.”

Daughter of two musicians and singing teachers, The Voice sensation Diana was singing at age four and writing songs at age eight. All through her teens Diana lived and breathed music so it was no great surprise when she dropped out of high school early in order to focus solely on her passion. Areas of speciality include The Voice Australia. Diana ventured to the States as a 17-year-old looking to develop her craft. Diana has no career back-up plan; Music is it.

Totally blind Lara Nakhle is a New Zealand born, Australian of Lebanese origin, who discovered her talent and passion for music at a very young age. She started playing piano from the age of two and singing followed soon after. Areas of speciality include The Voice Australia. From the age of five, Lara has performed at various events around Sydney, including singing competitions, school talent shows, church masses, charity fundraisers, open mic events and clubs.

Star of The Voice Glenn Cunningham has been singing since he could speak, played piano since he was five years old, written songs since he was nine and played guitar since he was sixteen. Areas of speciality include The Voice Australia. There has never been anything else but music for this R&B singer. Glenn has done backing vocals for Delta Goodrem, Ricky Lee, John Farnham and Jimmy Barnes but never been the front man; The Voice is his chance to step into the spotlight.
