At 15, Wes Carr was awarded a Scholarship at The McDonald College performing arts school in Sydney. At this time Wes started playing local gigs around the Sydney folk scene which gave him the opportunity to work with Australian music icons including Paul Mac, Missy Higgins, Don Walker and Andrew Farris from INXS. Areas of speciality include Recording Artists.

In 2005 Wes collaborated with Ben Gillies from the very well-known Australian rock band Silverchair. Together they formed a band called Tambalane. They gained critical acclaim, extensive radio play across Australia and toured nationally twice.

Born in Melbourne, raised in Adelaide The Voice contestant Chris Sebastian took an interest to music at a very early age. Chris was 13 when he realised that music was what he wanted to do with his life. Mucking around with the Cool Edit program, he recorded himself singing along to a Babyface track. "It was kind of karaoke," he recalls, "but when I heard my voice, I thought, 'This is it, music is what I'm going to do." Areas of speciality include Recording Artists. After his brother Guy won the first Australian Idol, the producers approached Chris, wanting him to be on the show. But he decided to follow his own path, forging his own way in the music world. “A lot of people think it’s been easy with my last name,” Chris says, “but it hasn’t been. I need to prove myself as an artist. And, of course, I have a lot to live up to, though our music is very different.”

The talented young performer quickly emerged to become a finalist on the X-Factor, winning audiences with his pop/R&B style, smooth dance moves, good-looks, and magnetic performances. Daughter of two musicians and singing teachers, The Voice sensation Diana was singing at age four and writing songs at age eight. All through her teens Diana lived and breathed music so it was no great surprise when she dropped out of high school early in order to focus solely on her passion. Areas of speciality include Recording Artists. Diana ventured to the States as a 17-year-old looking to develop her craft. Diana has no career back-up plan; Music is it.

Katie Underwood started her professional career in Australia as a member of the pop group Bardot, created by the TV show Popstars in 2000. Bardot achieved huge success in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, achieving double-platinum sales for their debut album and singles. Areas of speciality include Recording Artists. Katie left Bardot in 2001 and returned to the music scene a year later with Australian dance act Disco Montego with the #1 Club hit, “Beautiful” for which she won an APRA award in 2003. Katie continued her career in television, working as a presenter in the Channel 7 series Undercover Angels.
