Recognised as one of the country’s leading authorities on Italian food, he has been a sought after to train and mentor within the industry and evoke thinking around the future of food and hospitality. Guy is a recent Fellow of the International Specialised Skills Institute and Co – Founder of The Melbourne Tomato Festival.

Rob’s numerous rowing achievements include World Championship silver, Commonwealth gold and a world record on the indoor rowing machine.

Karen Martini is an award-winning chef, restaurateur, author and television presenter. Her food message is drawn from her professional cooking career, her Tunisian-Italian heritage and from the challenges of feeding nutritious and stimulating food to her young family. Areas of speciality include Corporate Trainers. Karen was the founding chef at the critically acclaimed Melbourne Wine Room and Sydney’s Icebergs Dining Room and Bar. As executive chef of both restaurants, she held two chef’s hats in Sydney and Melbourne, and won, with Icebergs, the 2004 Best New Restaurant Award from The Sydney Morning Herald. After 15 years at The Melbourne Wine Room, Karen and her partner Michael still opened St Kilda’s much-loved pizzeria mr. wolf .

Karen’s contribution to print media has included roles as food editor for Fairfax’s Sunday Life Magazine and Epicure/Good Living lift-out for several years. In 2019 she returned to the paper as a food Columnist for the Good Weekend magazine supplement.

Lisa Curry is best known for her long and successful swimming career. Areas of speciality include Corporate Trainers. She has competed in three Olympic Games (Moscow in 1980, Los Angeles in 1984 and Barcelona in 1992); two World Championships (Berlin in 1978 and Ecuador in 1982); and three Commonwealth Games (Edmonton in 1978, Brisbane in 1982 and Auckland in 1990). Her competitive swimming career spans an awe-inspiring 23 years during which she collected 24 gold medals, 21 silver medals and 8 bronze medals at international competitions.

The strikingly beautiful television presenter and journalist, Sarah Cumming, has recently landed the coveted weather role on Channel Seven's nightly news in Sydney, as well as frequently presenting the news on Weekend Sunrise. Since moving to Sydney to join the Channel Seven team as a senior news reporter in 2007, Sarah’s profile has grown enormously as she has gained a wealth of experience and covered a wide range of local and international stories some of which include; the devastating Black Saturday bushfires and the tragic 2009 tsunami in Samoa.

Alvin Quah, a Buddhist born, Cantonese and Hokkien speaking, Chinese Malaysian, was born in Kuala Lumpur in 1974. In the melting pot of food culture that Malaysia is, his cooking eductation started young. Areas of speciality include Corporate Trainers. At four years old, Alvin remembers learning, under his Mothers watchful eye, how to shape and roll glutinous rice dumplings that would later be boiled in a ginger syrup.

A self-confessed "Ferd" or "Food Nerd" Alice is bubbly, bright, loves exercise and is a real theatre buff. She says she hasn't repeated an outfit for three years. Areas of speciality include Corporate Trainers. “I’m not very serious except when it comes to 3 things – and they all start with F – Food, Fashion and Fitness.” Alice’s childhood memories all have something to do with food – helping grandma with dumplings, making Georgian sauces with her mum and watching her grandad make wine.
