Joel captained his team to (rare) victory on the first season of Channel Ten’s studio-based comedy series, ‘Show Me The Movie!’, along with host Rove McManus, and was recommissioned for a second series that also aired in early 2019. In addition to his frequent role of comedic host on The Project, Joel is currently host and master matchmaker in Network Seven’s new Facebook web series, ‘Date Keepers’, alongside Miss World Australia, Erin Holland.
