Australia’s Got Talent
Australia's dance troupe Justice Crew is proof that dreams can happen. From humble beginnings in Sydney's western suburbs, the nine-member outfit became one of 2010's hottest talking points when they won "Australia's Got Talent". With the series win, they collected the $250,000 victor's prize cheque and a contract with Sony Music.
It was not so long ago when fourteen year-old Jack Vidgen took to the Australia's Got Talent stage to perform an audition that went on catapult the young singer into the glare of the spotlight. His mind-blowing rendition of Whitney Houston's classic "I Have Nothing" brought the house down and overnight, a star was born.
Internationally, Brian McFadden is one of the most successful performers of his generation. Prior to going solo, he was a member of the phenomenally successful boyband Westlife, a group that sits alongside U2 as the most successful music act ever to come out of Ireland. Westlife hold the record for the most number one singles in a row on the UK charts ever – seven. They had a total of 12 number one singles during Brian’s time in the group, plus four number one albums, selling in excess of 30 million albums.
Dylan Yeandle is the most talked about plumber in town. At 25 Dylan has changed more taps than one could imagine in his current career as a tradie in Tassie, but most of all he is known for his sexiness and hummer on stage in 7 Network's hit show Australia's Got Talent.
