Sustainability & Climate Action

At Enhance, we know the way we work has an impact. We also know that good intentions are not enough. Sustainability has to show up in day-to-day decisions, supplier choices and the way we deliver our work.

Enhance is a proud member of the SME Climate Hub, a global initiative supporting small and medium-sized businesses to take practical climate action and build more resilient operations. Through this commitment, we are working to halve our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030, achieve net zero emissions before 2050, and report on our progress each year. We are also recognised through the UN-backed Race to Zero campaign.

Our focus is on measurable action, not box-ticking.

We are continuing to assess our footprint and identify realistic ways to reduce emissions, minimise waste and improve the way we operate. This includes how we use energy in the office, the equipment we purchase, the materials we consume, and how our team travels to and from work and events.

Some of the practical steps we take include:

  • choosing lower-energy equipment where possible
  • reducing unnecessary power use
  • recycling electronics, paper and plastics responsibly
  • reducing paper use and reusing non-sensitive materials where appropriate
  • favouring public transport, walking, cycling and car sharing when practical

We also recognise that sustainability is broader than office operations alone. It includes the decisions we make across suppliers, logistics, production and delivery. As our business evolves, we will continue looking for lower-impact ways to work without compromising quality, safety or client outcomes.

This is an ongoing process. We are committed to continuous improvement, greater accountability and making smarter choices as better solutions become available.
