Child Safe Policy

We are committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children and young people. We have zero tolerance for child abuse, and we have policies and procedures in place to support this. 

Everyone at Enhance is responsible for the care and protection of children that work with or are present at our performances, and reporting information about child abuse. We support and respect all children, staff members, performers, community members, talent, and clients. 

Our procedures for responding to alleged or suspected incidents of child abuse and harm are simple and accessible for all staff at Enhance. Further, clear expectations for appropriate behaviour with children are established in our Staff Code of Conduct policies.

We support the rights of children and we will act immediately to ensure an environment is maintained where children and all participants feel safe, respected, valued and empowered at all times.
